What We Offer
Here at Blaccwell Bookkeeping LLC we address claims initially before they are transferred to the TPA/Carrier to make sure the initial investigation is handled appropriately, and all necessary information is provided. We will make initial medical/employee/employer/witness contacts.

We will request wage statements, job description and personnel files if necessary.

We will reach out to the employees’ attorney (if assigned) as well and provide additional information in a packet form and provide it to the TPA/Carrier for the Employer.

We will also conduct a 60 day follow up with the TPA/Carrier/DA/Employees Attorney at the employer’s request.

We also provide ongoing assistance to the employer while the employee has an open workers compensation claim to assist with any questions or concerns, they may have.

Our assistants work under general supervision. Our employees are responsible for performing a wide variety of entry-level professional tasks and are assigned to cases to become familiar with the nature of investigative and evaluative methods to gain working familiarity with appropriate State Statutes, and case law governing claims management. Some, but minimal discretion and judgment are exercised as the employees are instructed in procedures applicability of law, fiscal values of claims as well as claimant control techniques.
